Welcome to DatingSignal. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. App Purpose & Disclaimer

DatingSignal provides:

• A private way to check in during dates (Pre-Date, Mid-Date, Post-Date signals)
• Optional compatibility insights based on shared responses
• Tools to organize date details and communicate with your date partner

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Relationship outcomes or compatibility predictions
• The accuracy or completeness of compatibility insights
• The behavior, intentions, or honesty of other users
• Your personal safety during dates

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and safety when meeting others in person.

2. Eligibility

To use DatingSignal, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the app under applicable laws

3. User Conduct

You agree to use DatingSignal responsibly and respectfully. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment or abuse: Threatening, bullying, intimidating, or harassing any user
• Misrepresentation: Providing false information about yourself or impersonating others
• Harmful content: Sharing content that is offensive, explicit, discriminatory, or illegal
• Manipulation: Using the app to deceive, manipulate, or take advantage of others
• Spam or solicitation: Sending unsolicited messages or using the app for commercial purposes
• Technical abuse: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app's functionality
• Privacy violations: Sharing another user's personal information without consent

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against any violations of these guidelines.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violating these Terms of Use
• Engaging in prohibited conduct
• Creating risk or legal exposure for DatingSignal
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

DatingSignal offers the following purchase options:

• Monthly subscription: $4.99/month for unlimited sessions
• Single session purchase: $0.99 per additional session

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms of the respective platform.

6. Refunds

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be directed to the respective platform:

• Google Play Store: Google Play Help

DatingSignal does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds. All refund decisions are made by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The DatingSignal app, including its design, features, content, and branding, is owned by DatingSignal and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on the app

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• DatingSignal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for the actions or content of other users

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DatingSignal, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms in the app and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
